Surveying Sandersons have an in-house Residential Survey and Valuation Department headed up by one of our Directors, Tony Lewis FRICS. Sandersons offer the full range of residential surveys from Mortgage Valuations through to Building Surveys. All our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, (RICS) and adhere to the Institution's strict codes of practice and mandatory professional indemnity insurance requirements. In addition to offering domestic survey services for intending purchasers, our surveyors also take specialist instructions for matters such as expert witness reporting, dealing with boundary disputes, valuations for matrimonial and taxation purposes and other related issues. Tony Lewis sits on several influential RICS committees and is also a delegate from RICS to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister in connection with changes which the government wish to introduce relating to the house buying process. Our close involvement puts Sandersons in an unrivalled position to advise buyers and sellers of any changes which may occur.
